Shipping and Delivery
All goods purchased from us are sent by Royal Mail, or FedEx, some larger items such as pushchairs and some other items enjoying free shipping (to the UK mainland only) see individual product shipping terms. Provided your item is in stock we will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days, please allow 15 working days before contacting us. Should your item not be in stock we will inform you by email and place on back-order - if on backorder please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery. Please note: We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or your own country's postal delivery service, these are out of our control.
All special orders and bespoke items are non-returnable.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, please notify us in writing (or by email) within 7 days of receipt and goods will be re-dispatched on return of faulty items.
Please note that the use of Buggy Boards on any pushchair will automatically make any guarantee with the manufacturer and retailer alike, null and void, and therefore any damages resulting from the use of these, will not be repaired free of charge, and will incur additional carriage fees back to the customer.
Where a 'free shipping' order is part or fully returned or part cancelled BuyBaby.com reserve the right to charge shipping pro rata should the order value fall below the prevailing free shipping rate.
If there is a refusal of delivery or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to BuyBaby.com and you will be charged for the return of the order. Items returned to us a second time will be refunded less £10.00 administration charge.
* *Delivery for small and medium sized items is charged at £5.99 for single orders of less than £50.00; 'Delivery' is to mainland Britain. For non UK Mainland Britain deliveries, shipments to Australia, United States of America and Europe please contact us at info@Buybaby.com for delivery quotations.
*Delivery for large items is free on orders over £150 but will incur a fee of £19.99 on orders under £150. *Large items include, but not exclusive to Prams, Pushchairs, Furniture? etc..
