If for WHATEVER reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be DELIGHTED to refund or replace the items you ordered!!  All we ask is that you tell us within 14 days of dispatch, and that the goods are in their original wrapping unused and undamaged!! Ewe do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for items which were not faulty and not incorrectly shipped by us. For goods which are made to special order, or have been used, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund.


Please note that you must notify or return the goods to us within 14 days of shipment, you also have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.


Any notification must be in writing either a letter or an email to info@buybaby.com. In the event you decide to cancel and return the goods and the goods are returned in original packing unused, and the order was neither damaged or incorrect, please be advised you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
