The Tripp Trapp is fully adjustable in both height and depth and is
the first ever chair to grow with your child. It promotes natural
posture and development while elevating the child to the level of the
dining table creating closeness and interaction between child and
adults. Its stable footrest gives the child the security and freedom to
move and provides a 'floor' for the child.
Children can start using the Tripp Trapp with a Baby Set when they
are able to sit without help or support - usually around the ages of 6-9
months although it is recommended that babies should sit no longer than
10-15min at a time as their spine and muscle structure is still in the
early stages of development. The important thing is to support the
child's feet and back whilst seated - thereby promoting good posture and
sitting habits from the start.
