Our Price Promise: Found It Cheaper? We’ll Beat It!
Our aim is to provide the highest level of service to our customers, whilst maintaining the cheapest prices. Quite simply we aim to lower the cost of buying due to our low overhead structure, allowing these benefits to be passed onto you, the customer.
If you find an identical product to one we have on our site cheaper, we want to know about it. We won’t just match the price, we’ll give you an additional discount, equivalent to 110% of the difference in price.
What you have to do:
If you do find a product cheaper anywhere on the internet you need to email us using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page? Providing us with the link (URL) to the product(s). We will then verify the price and Beat It! Please note we really do want you to tell us if you find any products cheaper! This is not a marketing ploy!
If you have purchased the same product from us, please email us at the contact details below, within 7 days, and subject to the products being in stock and available for immediate delivery, we will refund 110% of the difference in price.
Due to quality differentials on auction site, the Price Promise does not extend to auction sites.
